Geodetic Systems (GSI), a leading provider of portable 3D coordinate measurement systems, has announced it has formed a major Distribution Partnership with NTI of Vitry Aux Loges, France.

Geodetic Systems (GSI), a leading provider of portable 3D coordinate measurement systems, has announced it has formed a major Distribution Partnership with NTI of Vitry Aux Loges, France Mr Nicolas Tanala, NTI President, established a strategic agreement with GSI to serve as their frontline European Market Representative and handle all aspects of their business in Europe

His company will work directly with GSI's Tier One Distribution Partners.

Tanala has more than fifteen years of experience in metrology, manufacturing, and VAR and OEM sales and marketing.

Geodetic Systems is renowned as the most prominent solution provider in the field of industrial photogrammetry and 3D digital imaging.

GSI is the only company based in the Americas that offers this technology for industrial measurement.

Prior to forming NTI, Tanala served as a laser tracker account manager for Faro Technologies He joined the company in 1996 and was tasked to setup business operations and open new distribution channels in Europe.

Tanala also launched two companies in France and Germany that developed and marketed integrated optics products based on laser interferometers for high accuracy displacement measurements and sophisticated optical engineering applications such as stabilized wavelength laser sources for satellites.

Mr Tanala is a native of Madagascar and is fluent in four languages.

He holds a degree in Engineering with post graduate specialization in Aerospace applications.

Tanala also holds a Master's degree in International Marketing for high technology products.

He will interact directly with key members of the management team at Geodetic Systems: John D.
