The CIMPLICITY Station industrial computer is available in two series.
The Standard Series features an Intel Celeron 633MHz processor with 128MB RAM and CD ROM reader.
The Performance Series has an Intel Pentium III 933MHz processor with 256MB RAM and a Read/Write CD ROM drive.
Both series feature a floppy disk drive and can be supplied either with 12in or 15in active matrix TFT resistive touch screens.
The Bundled Solutions include pre-loaded CIMPLICITY Machine Edition for localised machine control.
CIMPLICITY Machine Edition is an open, integrated development environment designed specifically for machine level HMI, motion and control applications.
It provides a common user interface across all applications, and wide connectivity to PLCs and to databases with standard SQL functions.
All CIMPLICITY Stations feature on-board 10/100 base-T Ethernet connectivity and 2 or 3 free ISA/PCI expansion slots.
As well as featuring outputs for a PS/2 mouse and keyboard if required, there are 3 serial ports, one USB port and one parallel port.
