"CIMPLICITY HMI Version 6.0 continues to keep pace with the latest Microsoft technologies," explained Mickael Desloges, GE Fanuc Visualisation Product Manager.
"We have released CIMPLICITY SQL 2000 which incorporates Microsoft SQL 2000, and we now support the Windows XP Operating System.
We have also added great new options and features as well." One new option, called CIMPLICITY VCR (Visual CIMPLICITY Replay) has been added to the product family in Version 6.0.
This allows users to play back historical logged data through their graphic screens.
This option, together with CIMPLICITY SQL 2000, offers users the ability to analyse any production and process problems that have occurred.
Significant new features and options include: * CIMPLICITY VCR.
* CIMPLICITY SQL 2000.
* CIMPLICITY ThinView for PalmView applications.
* Complete electronic documentation in HTML format.
* Alarm enhancements.
* Screen enhancements.
