Patented with innovative configurations and application solutions, the first mobile headstock transfer is to be launched on the market.

It unites the advantages and peculiarities of transfers to those of the most advanced lathes.

With flexibility metered to specific requirements, it is offered in multiple configurations, remaining, however, re-convertible and personalisable.

It is the first modular Drum Transfer and is directly configurable by the customers in accordance with the work cycle of the piece to be made.

Planned by a designer, it has a pleasingly innovative and attractive look that unites aesthetics and functionality very well.

The rotating switch panel and an easily interpreted "management at sight" allow control of the functions from either side of the machine.

There is only one version, easy and convenient to maintain, and it is ergonomic with 5 stations.

It allows the operator maximum accessibility and provides all controls within an arms-length.

It conserves, moreover, the classic prerogative of better internal cleaning with a drum transfer, guaranteeing precision and repetition of pieces in production, due to the rapid evacuation of slivers.

Its maximum expression can be found in turning pieces from bars, but the simplicity of reconfiguration also adapts it to working on small or medium-sized forged pieces, either pre-cut or die-cast.

In the cases where the lathe will be fed with bars, it is supplied complete with an IEMCA feeding unit.

For loading and unloading forged pieces it is possible to apply a robot unit that remains integrated within the mass of the machine.
