Compressor body production upped in
China
Two transfer Transtables and a progressive honing machine, when working at full operating speed, are expected to produce approximately one million compressor bodies a year.

Today compressor body production lines are coming to terms with a difficult trade-off; in fact high machine productivity must complement high quality standards in order to ensure greater efficiency of the final product, and this is only possible by investing in advanced, reliable technology such as Giuliani machines.
The Xi'an line not only ensures exceptionally rapid production cycles, but also has the advantage of being composed of only two transfer machines in series for processes normally performed by three (Giuliani also offers an end-line progressive honing machine).
Therefore, the line limits the possibility of accumulated geometric errors on the workpiece, thereby reducing the number of movements required.
Another reason why major compressor producers such as Lucky Goldstar and Samsung trust Giuliani to solve their problems.
