Respected Technology-Industry Leader To Help Drive Growth And Expand Business Opportunities

GiveMePower Corporation, a provider of next-generation desktop and mobile/wireless computer-aided design and digital blueprint management software, has announced that Doug Reid, former NovAtel CEO and Leica Geosystems Vice President, has joined the Company's Business Advisory Council.

The seasoned technology-industry veteran will provide expert counsel and assist the Company in securing key partnerships and sales agreements in various segments.

During his tenure at NovAtel, a Nasdaq-listed wireless location and navigation technology company, Reid successfully completed the company's initial public offering, resulting in improved working capital and enhanced shareholder value, in addition to guiding the overall technology development, sales strategy and growth for the organization.

Reid also served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Leica Geosystems, the world's leading supplier of comprehensive products and solutions for the capture, modeling and visualisation of spatial data, with sales of CHF $689.1 million in 2004.

Most recently, Reid served as president and CEO of SkyWave Mobile Communications.
