Gearmotor offers high continuous torque
ratings
Parallel shaft gearmotor offers high continuous duty torque ratings for where high start and stop torque is mandatory, such as in industrial conveyors.
Groschopp has announced their PS2300 parallel shaft gearmotor with high continuous duty torque ratings up to 320in.lb and compatibility with all Groschopp AC, PM, and DC brushless motors "The PS2300 is ideal for industrial conveyor or commercial garage door applications where high start and stop torque is mandatory," said Greg Pennings, Field Application Engineer for Groschopp

Parallel shaft gearmotor offered in 14 ratios
Ideal for medium-duty industrial conveying applications, a parallel shaft gearmotor is offered in 14 separate gearing ratios from a low 5-to-1 all the way up to a high 320-to-1.
"Repeated starts and stops as well as continuous torque generate extreme heat and can destroy an average gearmotor with its efficient design and unique use of synthetic lubricants that provide better heat dissipation than standard grease the PS2300 maintains a cool operating temperature," Pennings added.
The PS2300 features rugged powder-coated cast aluminum housing and standard face and foot mounts with custom mounts optional.
Heat-treated hobbed gearing and helical gears provide high continuous torque and yield ratings with quiet operation while internal ball bearings and needle bearings on the output shaft provide substantial overhung load durability.
The PS2300 is available in 13 ratios from 5:1 to 300:1.
Groschopp is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of highest quality, durability and serviceability fractional horsepower electric motors, gearmotors and reducers.
