This has resulted in the implementation of a new materials management program and measures to manage manufacturing capacity.

After completion of the project the company has seen an increase in sales by over GBP1m, GBP200,000 in investment in new equipment and have already recruited a new purchasing director and supply chain manager as well as over 10 other qualified staff to meet continued growth of the company.
