Globalcap, part of the Guala Closures Group, has introduced two new Delsa rolling machines at its West Bromwich closures plant.
Globalcap, part of the Guala Closures Group, has introduced two new Delsa rolling machines at its West Bromwich closures plant.
The machines are to be used for the production of its 30mm x 44 mm and 30mm x 60 mm aluminium caps for wines and spirits bottles.
The machines produce a more attractive profile with clean and crisp detail around the knurling and I D groove, in keeping with the premium image brand owners and designers are looking for on their products, said Guala.
An improved support bead makes the closures much more forgiving on bottling lines by withstanding higher capping loads that may occur during application, added the company.
