An automated manufacturing installation for a leading scaffolding systems and work platform manufacturer achieves cycle times up to 20% faster than the customer's previous manufacturing methods.
An automated manufacturing installation for a leading scaffolding systems and work platform manufacturer in the Irish Republic is the latest joint project to be completed by Gudel UK and Millennium Controls since the recent signing of a collaboration agreement between the two companies Featuring a 6m x 3m Gudel X-Y table, which provides consistent positional accuracy to +0.1 mm, the new unit uses purpose-designed hydraulic tooling to automatically secure up to nine tube connectors in a single operation
