The LT 800 WP insert drilling system consists of various tool holders, extentions, reductions and drilling heads with interchangeable inserts.
The individual composition of the components enables the user the optimal adaption of the system to the specific machining task.
The drilling head as well as the inserts can be replaced quickly and simply to adapt the system to changing machining tasks.
The holders are generally equipped with coolant ducts and the inserts are made of ultra finest grade carbide for optimal machining results.
Fitting the drilling head with modified ISO interchangeable inserts with circular lands positioned in pairs makes the LT 800 WP drilling system into an efficient two-fluted drill.
The centre plate with Ratio point geometry guarantees accurate spotting, the double-sided heels good support through the complete drilling depth.
