Fabricator adds on advanced weld overlay
systems
Fabricator has recently added new automatic and semi-automatic weld overlay capabilities utilizing TIG and pulsed MIG processes to deposit SS and Duplex SS and a range of high nickel alloys.

The weld overlay capabilities range from 1.5in ID and larger.
Internal pipe lengths up to 10ft and 20ft long can be weld overlaid based on various sizes.
Weld overlay materials include 300 series stainless, duplex stainless, 904L, Ni alloys such as Ni 200, Ni 825, Ni 600, Ni 625, Ni C22, Ni C276 and other high Ni alloys.
Weld overlay capabilities include pipe, elbows, tees, flanges, valve bodies and various other fabricated parts for the oil and gas, pulp and paper, chemical, refining and nuclear industries.
These weld overlay capabilities add to the current manufacturing capabilities of clad pipe and fittings, pressure vessels up to 19ft in diameter, piping systems and field construction.
