Guyson International which designs and manufactures blast finishing and industrial washing equipment has won a large contract with global automotive supplier Visteon Automotive to supply parts cleaning equipment for their facility in Hungary.

Visteon, the former components manufacturing division of Ford Motor Company specified the Guyson range of Cellmate 200 aqueous cleaning machines for an expansion plan at the companies existing factory in Szekesfehervar.

The Cellmate 200 aqueous cleaners are a unique design of return-to-operator tunnel washers that offer cleanliness levels measured in milligrams due to high specification filtering systems.

This high specification is coupled with an extremely small footprint.

Visteon specified twelve machines for cleaning component parts of air compressors used for air conditioning in cars and light commercial vehicles.

The critical advantage Visteon gains in specifying the Cellmate cleaning system is that with just one operator a range of metal cutting machines and the washer can all be loaded and unloaded in a compact cellular layout.

The gains in productivity and reduced in-process inventory the Cellmate enables, helps Visteon stay ahead in the price competitive automotive industry.

This announcement follows earlier success in Balassygarmat, Hungary for Guyson where they are also the nominated wash equipment systems supplier to Delphi Automotive producing similar components.
