When Bodycote a world leader in metal technology, were faced with a demanding finishing problem, coupled with an extremely tight delivery deadline, they approached Guyson International for help.
Stainless Steel - the body and front access door of the machine are manufactured in stainless steel, with the front sliding door opening fully to give maximum access to the 630mm x 300mm chamber inside of the machine.
Precise cleaning - the Components are placed on the fixtured rotating table and spray washed by a series of jets, which are positioned above, below and to the side of the turntable.
The internal spoked rotating table is chain driven and components pass through a curtain of hot aqueous cleaning solution discharged from strategically mounted high-pressure jets.
These are fed by a high velocity stainless steel pump delivering 100 litres a minute, enough to clean the most stubborn machining stains and clear swarf from channels.
Filtration - the cleaning solution is returned to the wash tank though a basket filter, then through 100micron in-line filter with washable element and finally through a 25micron filter with disposable element to guarantee cleanliness.
This version of the 750 is also equipped with a compressed air blow off system above the components for drying and to help with reducing their temperature.
Operator panel - process complete light, low water level and wash and air dry timers are located in a highly visible position at the front of the machine for ease of use. Request a free brochure from Guyson International ...
