Once a production washer is installed, customers demand minimal downtime to carry out planned maintenance regimes, which are so important for maintaining operational and cleanliness standards.
To help achieve these frequently differing objectives, Guyson engineers have been working extensively with customers and incorporated several design improvements into the latest Guyson Marr-Lines.
These benefits now provide clients with washable filters, automatic water fill via ball-float valves, low level water sensors, quick release couplings on the spray bar units for ease of cleaning, large easy-opening side doors to all wash and rinse units to facilitate easy access, sloping tank floors for ease of and faster draining and easily removable louvers in the driers for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
Also, quick release coupling points are now fitted to all wash tanks to provide for the attachment, either at time of purchase or retrospectively, of a Guyson coalescing oil separator - very beneficial where heavy contamination of the wash solution occurs and continuous production must be maintained.
It is not surprising that much of Guyson International's business comes from existing customers within many of Europe's blue chip manufacturing companies. Guyson's attention to detail in design, clear understanding of customer requirements, excellent manufacturing and testing facilities, supported by an extensive service and spares operation, all add to that total customer satisfaction package.
