When Bodycote a world leader in metal technology, were faced with a demanding finishing problem, coupled with an extremely tight delivery deadline, they approached Guyson International for help.
The Formula 750 provides excellent powerful component cleaning combined with an economical use of space and is simple to use in operation.
Components are placed on to the rotating table, the door is closed, the timer set and the parts are spray washed by a series of jets, positioned above, below and to the side of the turntable.
The internal rotating table is chain driven and the components are thoroughly cleaned as they pass through a curtain of hot aqueous cleaning solution discharged from the strategically mounted high-pressure jets.
A high velocity stainless steel pump delivers 100 litres of cleaning solution a minute to the jets; enough to clean the most stubborn machining stains and clear swarf from channels feeds.
At the end of the cleaning cycle the used solution is returned to the wash tank though a washable basket filter that separates out contaminants and the parts are flash dried ready for use.
The body and key workings of the machine are manufactured in stainless steel, with the front sliding door opening within the machine fully, to give maximum access to the 630mm x 300mm wash chamber.
The operator panel is located at a convenient height and in a highly visible position at the front of the machine and includes; wash timer, on/off switch and emergency stop button. Request a free brochure from Guyson International ...
