Automatic radio frequency welding systems produce containers from clear or printed PVC and PET sheet materials at outputs of up to 600/h.

GEAF in the USA supplies fully automatic in-line machines, semi-automatic shuttle machines, and rotary turntables to produce clear-folding containers for premium-packaging GEAF said its machines use the latest technology including servo-systems, brushless motors, process monitoring and control, cam-drive turntables and tele-assist for remote analysis and diagnostics

The machines can produce containers from PVC and PET materials - either from clear sheet or from sheets printed with full or partial graphics or text.

The automatic in-line machine can process sheets as large as 750 x 1050mm in thicknesses ranging from approximately 0.25 to 0.50mm.

Working at a cycle time of 6s/cycle, gross output is 600 containers/h.
