Harting re-structures UK operations and
names MD
Interconnect Technology Group Harting has re-structured its UK operations with the creation of a new company, Harting UK, which will act as the holding company for two operating entities.
Interconnect Technology Group Harting has re-structured its UK operations in Northampton with the creation of a new company, Harting UK, which will act as the holding company for two operating entities: Harting (the existing UK sales subsidiary) and Harting Integrated Solutions - a completely new legal entity which covers the backplane manufacturing operations As a result of the re-structuring, Peter Hannon has been appointed managing director of Harting, with responsibility for all sales and marketing activities for the UK and Irish markets

Products manufactured by HIS, which also has manufacturing operations in China and the United States, are sold to Harting subsidiaries worldwide and via the Harting sales and distribution network in the UK and Ireland.
