A shielded Ethernet module, which connects all eight data lines, fulfils Category 5e requirements and has been added to a family of heavy-duty industrial connectors.

Harting has introduced its RJ45 Ethernet module into its Han-Modular family of heavy-duty industrial connectors The Han RJ45 module is a shielded Ethernet module, which connects all eight data lines and fulfils Category 5e requirements

The female module is designed as a gender-changer with two RJ45 jacks, while the male module is based on a cost-effective standard RJ45 plug.

Both parts are protected by a reliable plastics collar.

The established Han-Modular range from Harting is a highly flexible and diverse connector system that allows users to assemble connectors to their own special design requirements and configurations.

The range currently includes many modules for electrical or optical connections for signal or power, as well as pneumatic units, and is continuously being developed to meet a broader choice for customer requirements.
