Haulick and Roos recently launched three stamping presses, one of which is a high-speed, PC-controlled, 500kN unit operating at up to 900 strokes/min.

Haulick and Roos recently launched three stamping presses, one of which is a high-speed, PC-controlled, 500kN unit operating at up to 900 strokes/min.

The RSH-1250 is claimed to achieve significant productivity in stamping operations, The Siemens PC-based control system allows automatic setting of a servo-driven roller blank feeder.

The control includes a production control system, which features an integrated tele-service system.

Another recent addition is the RXL 1600-1600 can be applied to deep drawing, forming and complex punching operations.

Both machines feature a stable mono-block design of SG cast iron frame and structural temperature stability using a large volume oil cooling circuit.

The double-connecting-rod power unit features a shaft equipped with four roller bearing units and a wide pitching of the cranks to control tilt when experiencing off-centre loading, assisted by high precision ram guidance.
