Super hard coated version of linear shafting - to 75 HRC, customised seals and rubber and metal/rubber bonded components are now available.

Headland Engineering Developments, long established key supplier to industry, has now added the following to its already well-known portfolio 1 In addition to their normal range of linear shafting Headland now offer a super hard coated version

Normal linear shaft has a Rockwell surface hardness of 63 but with a new treatment this is now increased to 75 HRC.

Ideally suited where heavy loads are being transmitted via ball bushings.

Long known for their range of V-seals, Headland now offer the facility to produce specials to customer drawings, complimenting their extensive stocks of standard sizes and profiles.

Headland now offer the market the facility to produce high volume rubber components and metal/rubber bonded items as found in the automotive and white goods industries.
