A multi bar stacking device allows CNC Lathe users to increase the magazine capacity of their Multifeed Short CNC Magazine Barfeed by up to 10 times the standard capacity.

The Multi-Stacker is a device that allows CNC Lathe users to increase the magazine capacity of their Multifeed Short CNC Magazine Barfeed by up to 10 times the standard capacity This is done by stacking the bars one on top of the other on the magazine of the Barfeed, and by filtering the flow of bars in to the loading area

This feature is not only available to new customers, but also to existing customers that have had their Multifeed Barfeed for a number of years.

A simple retrofit operation is performed, and the customer is then ready to continue manufacturing with a new capacity magazine.

The main feature of the Multi-Stacker is the "adjustable gate", and like most innovative designs, plain and simple are the main two factors.

The customer stacks the bars up against the front face of the circular gate, and then adjusts the gate so that only one bar at a time can fit underneath the gating system, allowing the bars to slide down to the loading cams, from where the Multifeed1s loading system lifts the material into the loading channel.

The Multi-Stacker is now in use in many companies following it's unveiling at the MACH 2002 show, and customers are already starting to see the huge benefits.
