Barfeed maker offers 24 hour service team

These customers range from large automotive and aerospace contracts, all the way through to one-man operations who do not have the capacity to complete certain job runs within various time constraints, and so contact Hydrafeed for sub contract assistance.
Components range from small diameter simple profile parts, through to large diameters with multiple profiles that require numerous machining operations with minute tolerances Within the main core of the machine shop, there are 6 vertical machining centres, providing up to 120 hours per week sub contract capacity, as well as 4 CNC lathes, all fitted with Barfeeds.
Both the VMCs and the CNC lathes allow batch work ranging from medium to large runs There is also the facility to run small batch work, prototypes, and 1 off components on Hydrafeed1s range of Bridgeport Mills and Colchester lathes.
A full sheet metal department operates from within the company, providing a full range of sheet metal applications, with the aid of a CNC Punch Press and a CNC Brake Press.

This growth has enabled Hydrafeed to provide a larger range of services to their sub contract customers, all of whom identify Hydrafeed's exceptional levels of quality, service, and ability to complete the job in minimal time, as being the key factors to sub contracting.
