Barreling machines deburr, de-scale and polish

Barreling machines offer a mass deburring system for components, with results that vary from de-scaling and deburring through to high polish surface finishes.

Apart from being the only UK manufacturer of CNC Bar Feeds, Hydrafeed have also manufactured the Vanco range of Deburring equipment for the last 40 years, and although machine tools have become more and more sophisticated in that time, the old devil burrs can still cause problems.

Vanco Barreling machines ranging from 1/6 of a cubic ft up to 6 cubic ft capacity, and offer a mass deburring system for components, with results that vary from de-scaling and deburring through to high polish surface finishes.

The machines consist of heavy-duty welded steel cabinets and barrels.

The barrels are supplied with resilient abrasive resistant linings that are actually bonded to the barrels themselves.

Other features include a 3 speed drive, sealed bearings, simple quick belt change, and various types of belt drive according to which machine a customer specifies.

All Vanco units come complete with a 1-year unconditional guarantee and are built to the highest specification, allowing years of uninterrupted operation and reliability.

Only recently, Hydrafeed received an order for 15 of these units from a single customer based in Europe.

In fact the Vanco units have been exported to every major country worldwide since their introduction.
