Short CNC servo magazine barfeed can be interfaced to any make of CNC lathe, and can feed bars up to 80mm diameter, up to 1800mm long, and incorporates the latest type of servomotor and servo control.

Hydrafeed are proud to announce the launch of their Multiservo 3-80 Short CNC Servo Magazine Barfeed - a completely new product to compliment the Multifeed range of Short Magazine CNC Barfeeds This new Multiservo 3-80 can be interfaced to any make of CNC lathe, and can feed bars up to 80mm diameter, up to 1800mm long, and incorporates the latest type of servomotor and servo control

Diameters up to 110mm can also be accommodated as optional specials.

The Multiservo 3-80 can be supplied with the Multi-Stacker device, which enables multiple rows of bars to be loaded on to the magazine, which gives this equipment up to 10 times normal magazine capacity for very long un-manned production.

Also, this new Barfeed when combined with the Multifeed Bar Support Unit (Static or Rotating), allows lathes with short headstocks to machine maximum length bars without any problems.

The Multiservo 3-80 can also be used as a shaft loader with a repeat minimum feed capacity of 3 seconds, depending on the type of component and length of lathe headstock, and can be utilised in either right or left hand feed, and with either front or back magazine loading.

Hydrafeed1s new Barfeed is manufactured in the UK and CE certified.
