spindle
Bar device efficiently unloads components that are too long to be caught in standard parts catchers, but require removal through the bore of the secondary spindle in twin spindle CNC lathes.
Hydrafeed, the UK's number one supplier and sole manufacturer of CNC barfeeds, is proud to announce the arrival of their completely new barfeed product - the X-Tract CNC Automatic Unloading Machine The X-Tract has been designed and manufactured in the UK, to safely and efficiently unload components that are too long to be caught in standard parts catchers, but require removal through the bore of the secondary spindle in twin spindle CNC lathes

Bar stacker ups short bar feeders capacity by 10X
A multi bar stacking device allows CNC Lathe users to increase the magazine capacity of their Multifeed Short CNC Magazine Barfeed by up to 10 times the standard capacity.
Bar feeder capacity increased
Among an extensive range of products to be shown by Hydrafeed a bar feeding system incorporates many new features, including additional capacity of up to 105mm in diameter if required.
There are two X-Tract models - the XT1200 and the XT1500, with 1.2 metre and 1.5 metre capacity respectively, whilst special increased length capacity units are available on request.
The X-Tract is supplied as a package with all necessary ancillary equipment, such as the Hydrafeed spindle liner system, internal and external gripping collets, delivery and installation in England and Wales ready to go.
The X-Tract can be easily interfaced with any CNC machine and can be simply programmed to operate by gripping finished components either internally or externally, dependent on component shape and form.
The X-Tract removes the component out of the lathe spindle and then deposits the part in to a support channel; which then in turn deposits it in to a receiving table.
The receiving table is set to the desired angle, and contains adjustable nylon runners to ensure quality protection.
The X-Tract is more than competitively priced, and the result of using the combination of a short CNC magazine barfeed and the X-Tract CNC Unloader considerably increases productivity.
