Parts unloader designed for single spindle lathes
Parts unloader catches workpieces up to 500mm long on a single spindle CNC lathe and deposits them into an exit chute into a handling system and so allows unrestricted 'ights out' production.
The finished component is caught by the parts catcher, which then deposits the part into an exit chute and into the Transporter.
The parts are then moved along a channel within the Transporter, and deposited into an adjustable inclined outlet chute, where they are then collected in a suitable container.
Apart from the obvious advantages of the Transporter, the design includes the ability of the top structure to move as required in the linear plane together with the machine guard, allowing unrestricted access to the lathe for set up or maintenance purposes.
The Transporter 500 is priced at GBP 3250.00, which includes delivery and installation of the product in England and Wales.
