Precision planetary gearheads are available as inline and right angle units with torques ranging up to 3101Nm. Ratios for the inline models cover from 3:1 to 100:1.

The Thomson Micron planetary gearheads are available as inline and right angle units with torques ranging up to 3101Nm.
Ratios for the inline models cover from 3:1 to 100:1 whilst the right angle gearheads span 1:1 to 50:1.
Features include steel gears hardened to HRC 55-60 for added robustness and longer life.
Some models also have Thomson Micron's 'RediMount' technology that permits mounting to any motor.
In all, there are seven gearhead lines, giving Heason scope to fine tune product selection according to application requirements according to such criteria as backlash characteristics and radial loads.
Metric and NEMA options are available.
