1) Electric Installation tool is a power tool having capability to install helicoil inserts ranging from M2 to M10 size.

It operates from a 220-240V supply which is transformed to 24V DC and is an versatile device.

The electric power tool has various features as mentioned below: * An adjustable torque setting screw for torque adjustments required for the installation of different sizes of helicoil.

* It has a clutch mechanism which releases torque once the required installation depth of the insert is achieved.

* A threaded mandrel for installation is provided with depth stock for each size, M2 to M10.

* A small lever is provided for auto reversal to pull out the tool after installation is completed.

* It is a completely fatigue free device and can significantly reduce the installation time and also increase the production efficiency of operator.

* A portable device which can be carried any where in shop floor for both vertical and horizontal applications.

* More over drilling and thread tapping operations can also be carried out with the same tool.

2) Pneumatic Power Installation tool - we call it an ultimate solution in helicoil installation technology.

Helicoil Pneumatic installation tool has been specially designed for high volume use situations to reduce costs by significantly cutting the installation time of helicoil inserts.

Its advantages over and above the speed of operation are its consistency, accuracy and precision in installation of inserts each time it is used.

The tool is best suited for online operations and comes as hand held tool, can be used along with over head hanging holders generally used for pneumatic tools or with the option of a 'lazy arm' holder/workstation.

This tool is designed for operation by pneumatic power only and has a reversing air motor.

It has an interchangeable front end adaptor having a threaded mandrel for each size ranging from M2 to M16 as standard.

Required torque setting for each size is done by pressure regulator provided with the equipment.

It comes with a threaded mandrel for installation which is a must to ensure high speed operations are carried out with precision and to avoid jumping of the coil threads.

This tool is useful for installation of both standard free running inserts and the thread locking inserts.

Though loose inserts can be used with this machine and still a significant time saved, we recommend the use of reel type/tape mounted inserts to be used to eliminate manual activity and obtain the maximum benefit on process time reduction.
