These photoelectric incremental length gauges have measuring ranges of 12 and 30mm and provide a reference mark.

Heidenhain says that the result is a significant productivity gain, especially in linked machines.

The length gauges remain stable over long periods of operation and require no recalibration.

The gauges are designed for plunger velocities up to 1.2m/s.

All versions feature a ball-push guided plunger and a high degree of protection against contamination.

Pneumatic plunger versions are also available.
