"We are delighted" MD Geoff Lloyd said.
"This is recognition of the UK plant and UK engineering.
It shows that Heller Germany have appreciated the quality control, manufacturing, supply logistics and of course skilled men which enable us to build this range more efficiently than anywhere else in the world.

We are proud of the achievement.
It is anticipated that we will build 50 initially this year, but production will be determined by sales".
The MCH range of Heller machines is the second complete range of Heller machines to be built in the UK; the MC range of fast horizontal machining centres have been built in the UK plant and supplied world-wide.
The UK company has earned the opportunity to build the new range by demonstrating its ability to build and ship machines as efficiently as the German plant and to the same, exacting Heller standard.
"We constantly strive for the highest level of achievement in all aspects of the business" Geoff said.
"All our processes are kept under review, and each member of the workforce here is empowered to contribute to this.
The plant was designed for maximum production efficiency, supported by a supply system which ensures we achieve the delivery schedules and production targets.
We also have excellent facilities for customers to see their machines in-build, and to be part of that process should they so wish".
The MCH range replaces the MCP range of machining centres, offering even greater productivity, higher chip to chip times, bigger axes and greater tool capacity with a reduced footprint.
It is typical of other machines from the company, which have the high build quality designed to provide the rigidity, robustness and precision needed for efficient and profitable production.
Working with the customer from the outset of the project, the company endeavours to ensure the machine is correct for both the immediate and foreseeable requirements of the customer.
Customer service and support does not end with the sale of the machine, but continues post-sale to ensure the user achieves a constant high level of up-time.
This is evidenced by the significant number of repeat orders the company receives. Request free introductory details about products from Heller Machine Tools ...
