Heller Machine Tools, UK, is enjoying a successful year, with sales to-date ahead of this time, 2002. The UK subsidiary has also taken on additional production, now manufacturing the MCH range.

Heller Machine Tools will be exhibiting examples from its range of highly productive horizontal machining centres at the EMO show in Milan in October 2003.

The company is anticipating a profitable show: Heller Machine Tools in the UK is enjoying a successful year, with sales to-date ahead of this time last year.

The UK subsidiary has also taken on additional production, now manufacturing the MCH range of machines at its plant at Redditch as well as the popular MC range of fast horizontal machining centres.

Built in the UK, both ranges are supplied to customers world-wide.

In addition, it is providing the customer support and application engineering activities for Heller subsidiaries overseas.

The service, which is already proven for UK customers, is being extended in order to increase the efficiency with which orders can be progressed and specific customer requirements met.

Heller Machine Tools manufactures a comprehensive range of horizontal machining centres, crankshaft and camshaft production machines, utilizing internal and external rotary milling processes, Turn-Turn Broaching Centres, and Flexible Transfer Lines, used in the automotive industries for the production of cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, various transmission cases and steering components.

The Heller range is distinguished by the way the machines adapt to technical progression and the demands of the market.

The extent of the range means that a suitable solution can be offered for all individual machining tasks and production sequences and can accommodate a considerable variation in production volumes.
