Website helps to make production changes

Heller machine Tools has designed its Website such that it is clearer to see how the company can assist in changing or developing a production process within budgetry constraints.

"Service is the essence of being a successful machine tool supplier" Geoff Lloyd, managing director of Heller Machine Tools has said The company, which has an established reputation for providing turnkey engineering solutions to complex production problems for large and small manufacturers alike as well as the manufacture of stand alone horizontal machining centres, has taken the concept of service one step further in the launch of its new, comprehensive web site

Lloyd continued: "Service is commonly accepted as something which is provided after sale".

"We believe it should start when the customer first considers the purchase of another machine and this is why we have enhanced our existing web site".

"The new site has been designed in such a way that anyone thinking of changing or developing their production process can see exactly how Heller can work with them to create the best possible manufacturing facility within the budgetry constraints." The new Heller web site is easy to navigate and can be used for a task as simple as ordering spares or as complex as evaluating Heller's simultaneous engineering capabilities.

It includes a virtual tour of its state-of-the-art manufacturing plant at Redditch in Worcestershire, UK, details of all its facilities including turnkey engineering, fixture design and manufacture, the extensive training facilities and the service department.

Full details of the Heller range and machine specifications are available on-line.

This includes the range of MCi horizontal machining centres and the MCH single and twin spindle machines, all of which are designed to give maximum productivity, minimised piece part costs and greatest possible profitability.

Rigid and robust bed and column design enables very high tolerances to be met and maintained even at very fast traverse rates (up to 90m/min). Request a free brochure from Heller Machine Tools ...
