Hepco Slide Systems is confounding its competitors with super fast lead times on its Fastline ballscrew range.
The company is enjoying a growing market share thanks to its continued ability to deliver machined ballscrews in a matter of days rather than the industry norm of weeks.
The Fastline range offers the user the most popular combinations of screw diameter and lead in three accuracy grades.
Screw diameters may be specified from 16mm to 40mm.
The choice includes low backlash nuts for standard operation and pre-loaded nuts for greater precision.
Nuts can be plain or flanged and are now also available with DIN standard flanges.
This development makes the Fastline ballscrew readily interchangeable with other brands.
The new nuts are supplied mounted to the Fastline precision rolled screws to save assembly time and prevent the possible dirt ingress.
A choice of fixed or floating end pillow block bearings is available for all combinations.
