At the heart of this programme is an extensive range of combined axial/radial bearings with profiles.

These are complemented by additional components to provide an exceptional choice for fully assembled lift masts and multi axes handling systems.

That choice has now been augmented with the introduction of new lifting units for load capacities from 100 kgs to 50 tonnes.

The new range extends from a low cost pallet lifter with lifting frame through to systems complete with conveyors and telescopic forks.

Drive options are equally wide-ranging including chains, belts, rack and pinion and hydraulic systems for the really big loads.

Lifting systems are available for fork lift trucks, AGVs and for stationary use, and are supplied fully wired.

In addition to the standard units, the new Hepco-Winkel range also include stainless steel systems specially designed for use in clean room applications or for external use.

Typical application areas for the new lift systems include automotive and aerospace production, offshore, the nuclear industry as well as food and packaging.
