T-nut strip locators allow quick system assembly

Aluminium frame systems provide great savings in terms of reduced build time and associated costs but with its MCS System, Hepco has taken this concept a stage further with the introduction of T-Nut Strip Locators.

Increasingly complex machines can require hundreds of T-nuts to join profiles and sub-assemblies, with the location of each T-nut in the profile being a significant contributor to the overall assembly cost.

Hepco's new T-Nut Strip Locators speed up assembly by reducing the need to site individual T-nuts in its MCS aluminium profiles.

Made of aluminium and shaped to slide quickly into the MCS profile channels, the Locators are available in various lengths, off-the-shelf.

They provide a highly secure, ready drilled location typically for attaching linear motion systems, such as Hepco's V-guides, or other machine components.

Resultant cost savings are particularly apparent on larger constructions and also if the machine has be dismantled and re-assembled at a different location.

Although the innovative T-Nut Strip is designed for the Hepco MCS family of profiles, it can be specially tailored to fit other systems.
