More profiles, connectors and
accessories added

As well as providing the most comprehensive range of elements available, the addition of profiles, connectors and accessories give an almost infinite choice of machine construction frames.

Hepco's initial aim with the introduction of its MCS Machine Construction System, was to provide the system designer with the most comprehensive range of elements available Now with the addition of new profiles, connectors and accessories, an almost infinite choice of frames is at industry's disposal for use in production, guarding, storage and display applications

New clear face aluminium profiles with one or two clear faces are ideal for the construction of general frames for applications that call for higher cosmetic appearance.

Their clean-cut lines ensure there are fewer dirt traps, a benefit that also allows these new profiles to be used in clean rooms.

They are available in the most popular sizes - 40 x 40, 45 x 50 and 45 x 90mm.

Also new are Hepco's Flexi-Connectors which allow profiles to be joined quickly and economically.

Profiles can be joined end-to-end with a mitre joint or mid-section at any angle for greater flexibility.

New panel holders, glazing strips are now available for 8mm and 10mm T-slots and panels from 2 - 8mm.

Aluminium cover strips, handles, cable clamps and self-tapping screws complete the new additions.

New mounting options for Hepco's GV3 linear slides, SL2 stainless steel slides, DLS driven linear system and HPS pneumatic linear system have also been introduced.

These allow MCS aluminium profiles to be fitted with a choice of Hepco linear slide system to suit the application.

They are supplied as complete assemblies, ready to install, or with independent fittings for customers who choose self-assembly.

Customers can specify profile machining and frame construction to supplied drawings or if they prefer to build their own system, specific cut and random lengths are also available.

Frame design and specification is aided by the use of the MCS CAD files, available in.DWG and.DXF formats. Request a free brochure from HepcoMotion ...
