Gradient grinder grooves marble easily
Until the introduction of the Gradient GrinderT, kitchen furniture manufacturers and stonemasons had little option but to create drainage holes in marble and granite worktops by hand.
These guides are introduced to give the specifier the design choices necessary for optimum performance and to satisfy a broad range of applications.
They are also available on a short lead time basis and at highly competitive prices.
The LBG range has as its basis, a four row angular contact ball track.
This provides numerous operating benefits including low friction and reduced differential slip, higher load carrying capacity in four directions and installation compliance.
It also allows the compensation for minor errors on the mounting surfaces without compromising performance.
Several unique design features distinguish the LBG range from other ball-based linear guideways.
The newly developed ball re-circulating system contributes to the guideway's smooth movement to reduce both friction and noise.
An in-built felt wiper within the LBG block aids lubrication, helping to maintain a positive oil film on the bearing contact surfaces.
Extended life and increased maintenance intervals are achieved by additionally fitting an oil tank reservoir.
This feature, unique to Hepco, ensures that a constant flow of oil is maintained within the bearing block and contact surfaces.
To prevent the ingress of debris, a further accessory is a cost-efficient adhesive protective cover.
This guards the top surface of the rail giving a clear, well-finished appearance whilst covering potential debris traps.
Integral all-round sealing gives added protection.
Two main versions are initially being introduced with more to follow.
'LBG' is the international standard and 'LBC', the compact version.
The specifier has a choice of seven options for block configuration including with/without flange, long block, short block and with through hole.
Five accuracy grades range from normal to ultra high precision and pre-load options, from clearance to heavy pre-load. Request a free brochure from HepcoMotion ...
