The specifier has the choice of seven options for block configuration including with/without flange, long block, short block and through hole.
Five accuracy grades range from normal to ultra high precision and pre-load options from clearance to heavy pre-load.
The second new addition to the LBG range is the LBGM Miniature Linear Ball Guide with Cage.
This stainless steel design is ideal for use in measuring machines, medical and electronic equipment as well as automation systems in semi-conductor manufacture.
LBGM provides the same operational benefits as the caged ball rail series and includes patented self-lubrication points.
Both additions to the LBG Series are available in a stock range that suits most automation requirements.
However, a combination of pre-loads and grades can also be supplied on a short lead time basis to suit individual applications.
