Gradient grinder grooves marble easily
Until the introduction of the Gradient GrinderT, kitchen furniture manufacturers and stonemasons had little option but to create drainage holes in marble and granite worktops by hand.
Amongst the many new sections are the light and super light options as well as smooth sided profiles.
These are ideal for clean room use and naturally fully compatible with the MFS Machine Fencing and enclosure building system that has also recently been added to this popular range.
The extended range of aluminium profile sections are now available from 20/20mm to 80/160mm comprising of 6mm, 8mm and 10mm standard T-slot options.
As the sections are based around the 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 45mm, 60mm, 80mm and 90mm families MCS is readily interchangeable with many other manufacturers systems available on the market.
The introduction of the new flexi-connectors allow strong and ridged joints to be created at any angle with the facility for adjustment if the need arises.
Profiles can now be colour powder coated to a chosen RAL number.
Also available is an extensive range of polycarbonate panels in either clear or coloured options - as well as wire mesh panels.
Non-standard, steel, aluminium or wood panels can now also be specified to customer requirements.
HepcoMotion MCS systems may be supplied fully assembled, in flat pack kits or simply cut to length.
A choice of HepcoMotion linear slide systems can also be pre-mounted onto many of the profile sections.
All the major MCS components are available on 3D download and a 3D drawing together with full parts list is provided with all MCS quotations to ensure accurate specification.
The expert technical support from HepcoMotion's design and application engineers is of course freely available to ensure the optimum system is created for the customer application.
The scope of the newly extended HepcoMotion MCS System is detailed fully in a newly published 66-page catalogue. Request a free brochure from HepcoMotion ...
