Safety seminar covers competency,
regulations etc
Hima-Sella is co-supporting a safety seminar covering regulations in legacy systems, competency, digital communications, and hazardous areas at the Catalyst Science Discovery Centre, in Widnes.
Hima-Sella is supporting a Safety Seminar in conjunction with the ISA (Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society) and also the InstMC, Manchester, Chester and Merseyside sections The event will take place at the Catalyst Science Discovery Centre, in Widnes
Details of the evening's presentations are as follows: A Regulatory Perspective on Legacy Systems (Presented by Andrew White, HSE) Who says I'm Competent (Presented by Ian Hitchen, Rowan House) How Can Digital Communications Affect Safety (Presented by Andrew White, HSE) fieldbus in Hazardous Areas (Presented by Nina Vaughan, Pepperl and Fuchs).
Complimentary light refreshments will be available from 6.00pm until 6.30pm, when the first presentation will be given.
Members and non-members are welcome, however because places are limited, please confirm your interest or wish to attend.
