Large format 3D printing system is fast
Claiming to set a new standard in productivity, surface quality, build size and material variety, a large format 3D printing system uses ultra-thin layer photopolymer jetting.
Objet Geometries, the world leader in ultra-thin layer photopolymer jetting, has announced the Eden500V large format three-dimensional printing system The Eden500V brings unprecedented speed, versatility, and accuracy to the production of models and parts

Compact CNC milling machine is universal
A very compact universal CNC 3-axis milling machine for general machining is being offered at an unrivalled price-performance ratio, selling for under EUR 50,000.
The Eden500V has been running successfully for several months in various industry-leading companies worldwide, meeting and exceeding all expectations for speed, quality and productivity.
* Maximum versatility in speed and quality - the Eden500V is the newest member of the highly successful Eden family of systems, which is based on Objet's PolyJet polymer jetting technology.
PolyJet technology enables horizontal layers of just 16 micron (0.0006in), fine details, and ultra-thin walls down to 0.6mm (0.024in) depending on geometry.

The Eden500V offers exceptional flexibility through a choice of High Quality (HQ) or High Speed (HS) printing modes, enabling users to match quality and speed to the specific needs of any project or application.
At High Speed, the system builds horizontal layers of 30m, almost doubling the speed of High Quality.
In both modes, the Eden500V enables X and Y resolution of up to 600 dpi, allowing faster production of models with very fine details.
* Outstanding productivity for maximum utilisation - with a large build-size of 50cm x 40cm x 20cm (19.7in x 15.7in x 7.9in) - the Eden500V enables bigger models to be produced in a single build.
The large build tray also allows multiple models to be produced simultaneously in a single build, saving valuable time and costs, and increasing overall capacity.
The Eden500V utilizes four 'Jumbo'-size cartridges, each containing 3.6kg of material.
The system can operate for approximately 72h completely unattended.
This means a full weekend of maximum productivity, without a weekend operator, and the ability to run additional shifts every weekday without increasing staffing costs.
The advanced PolyLog materials management system ensures optimal materials usage and efficient unattended operation.
"Eden 3-Dimensional printing systems are already known for their ease of use and superior model quality," said Adina Shorr, CEO of Objet Geometries.
"The Eden500V enables users to produce an even wider range of models and parts, faster and with more detail than ever before, while maintaining the same compact footprint as the Eden330/333 systems".
"There is simply nothing like it available on the market." * Wide range of model types and applications - supporting the full range of FullCure materials, the Eden500V can produce models with the greatest range of physical and visual characteristics, and complexity.
This enables users to leverage their investment for a broad range of applications.
Supported materials are: * FullCure Transparent- a general-purpose transparent resin that offers excellent technical properties * Vero materials - opaque materials that provide excellent edge details and impact strength.
Vero materials reduce the need for painting, while the strong contrast between model and support facilitates cleaning.
* VeroBlue - detail visualisation and improved technical properties.
* VeroWhite - white color and improved humidity resistance.
* Tango materials - flexible materials that provide exceptionally long elongation at break (>50%), enabling models that have a realistic feel of rubber or silicon and can 'stretch' for easy fitting with other parts.
* TangoBlack - 61-Shore, soft, rubber-like flexible material that is ideal for applications requiring significant flexibility and elasticity.
* TangoGray - 75-Shore, harder rubber-like flexible material for applications requiring some elasticity.
