A single stroke, compact honing machine, shown at Bi-Mu 2006, achieves micron finishing of blind, semi-blind and through holes and offers flexibility and modularity.
The PH1 single stroke, compact honing machine, built by Honitech, Italy, achieves micron finishing of blind, semi-blind and through holes and offers flexibility and modularity The machine, shown at the Italian Bi-Mu exhibition in Milan in 2006, answers market demand for maximum operating flexibility, modularity and compact equipment dimensions to reduce occupied space costs in the factory
Machine dimensions are just 1300mm diameter and 2700mm height.
It uses a 'petal support' that extends the number of functions and achieves micron finishing of blind, semi-blind and through holes in precision workpieces.
