Brauer clamping products are already specified as the preferred choice by many leading international aerospace, automotive and engineering companies thanks to the company's reputation for excellent customer service and dedication to providing products of the highest quality - all designed and manufactured in the UK.
Brauer's existing clamping catalogue contains over 350 different model types, manufactured at its ISO 9001-certified plant in Milton Keynes, and available for immediate delivery from stock.
In response to customers' increasing requirements for air-operated systems Brauer has continued to develop its range of pneumatic power clamps, which includes vertical, push-pull, heavy duty and swing clamps, all of which are manufactured to ISO 9002 standards and all of which undergo rigorous testing.

The new patented pneumatic power clamp is the latest outcome of Brauer's product development process and has been designed to meet the exacting requirements of the global automotive industry where quality, reliability and productivity are absolute pre-requisites.
The range, which includes models with 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm and 63mm slim-line pneumatic cylinders, has a unique operating mechanism which is the subject of both UK and international patents.
This mechanism provides a clamping force equivalent to larger competitive clamps, saving both space and compressed air - a 32mm Brauer clamp is often equivalent in clamping force to a competitor's 40mm clamp.
All models have been extensively trialed, undergoing five million cycle tests prior to launch, and a variety of mounting arrangements is available, including the ability to retro-fit.
In addition special features can be designed and manufactured to suit a customer's unique requirements.
The clamp itself has a flat, slim-line construction to provide maximum access to the work-piece when in operation and a high power to size ratio.
The clamp body, which is available in steel or aluminium, is fully enclosed thus completely eliminating the problems associated with weld spatter on the pneumatic mechanism and providing a long service life.
In-built position sensing, including solid state, weld-immune sensing, status indication options and cylinder sensing are provided and a manual operation "hand off/air off" option is also available.
As well as saving space, the Brauer pneumatic power clamps also save compressed air, by providing a significantly higher clamping load from a given cylinder diameter and air supply pressure.
In addition, the clamp load can be tailored to suit a specific application/air pressure, enabling the customer to fine tune his operation and therefore energy requirements - resulting in considerable air saving and therefore cost savings.
