A key part of the programme will focus around the recently introduced Habasit Rossi Extraline range of forming, pre-press and de-aeration belts which have been created for the Board sector.
These belts are capable of conveying products over long distances; with belting products offering improved stability enhanced surface coatings to cater for sometimes difficult conditions during the manufacturing process.
Complementing the line-up is the Habasit Rossi Extraline forming product, which has been developed to cope with the requirements of the forming process.
These products are constructed for running over live nosebars with high loads and long conveying distances.
Typical of the other belts is the Extraline prepress belt ENA-151AEBH, which has a robust surface with high chemical and mechanical resistance, enabling the belt to hopefully provide a maintenance free operation during its lifetime.
For those involved in manufacturing or handling MDF and particle boards, Habasit Rossi recommends its de-aeration belts.
Constructed to rigorously high standards using polyester monofilament, the belts are abrasive resistant and offer increased line speed.
Other conveyor belts offered include an extensive range of TPU and PVC coated units which are supplied in a variety of specialist finishes to meet the needs of specific products.
