Twin compartment IBC feeds tablet press
Space saving hygienic design of tablet press twin compartment feeding equipment is for loading bi-layer tablet presses from one IBC.
A unique new 'Twin Compartment IBC' has been designed and manufactured by Hanningfield Process Systems for loading bi-layer tablet presses from one IBC This space saving hygienic design incorporates individual butterfly valves mounted on each compartment outlet
Each compartment has a standard gross capacity of 180 litre with a nominal working capacity of 150 litre or 100kg of a typical pharmaceutical powder.
All contact parts are manufactured from either 316L stainless steel or FDA compliant materials.
Each IBC is custom designed to suit the application, so various capacities and outlet configurations can be supplied.
