Lubricant improves metal cutting finish,
tool life
The high performance and non-staining characteristics characterise a cutting lubricant that uses chlorine-free high performance lubricity agents to give superior surface finish.

The high performance and non-staining characteristics of Hocut 3380 make it ideal for manufacturing metal products, such as joint implants.
The low foaming milky emulsion uses chlorine-free high performance lubricity agents to give superior surface finish and tooling performance.
Citrisurf 2250 was chosen thanks to its cost effective and safe metal passivating properties.
Regular service visits will be made by Houghton engineers to ensure the condition of the fluids is maintained to a high level and to provide support and expertise to ensure best practice management of the fluids.

We required a product that was suitable for both centralised systems and single sump machines.
The products long sump life and high performance make it ideal for our applications."
