RPC Bramlage commits to Husky equipment
RPC Bramlage has decided to invest in new machinery and hot runner systems from Husky Injection Molding Systems
The company's decision to source from Husky for their production expansion was based in large part on previous experience with their first Husky Hylectric 1000 injection molding machine - equipped with a high cavity stack hot runner system "Husky's range of products and exceptional customer support fit our need for high output systems and consistent part quality," said Alfons Bockmann, Director of the RPC Bramlage-Wiko cluster

"It's no understatement that Bramlage-Wiko has come to trust Husky equipment," adds Oliver Lindenberg, Husky Area Manager for Germany North.
"One of our biggest advantages is that we can supply complete systems, from hot runners and machines to ancilliary equipment".
"This means that all the various components are fully integrated from the start, allowing for optimal machine performance".
"In addition this means our customers only need a single point of contact for technical and service support, and the fastest possible response time for nearly every aspect of their injection molding operations." The Husky systems help RPC Bramlage-Wiko to attain high outputs for the company's high-demand food packaging.
On its production sites the company is operating several Husky injection molding machines, including Hylectric 300 and 1000 systems, equipped with high cavity stack hot runners systems.
The Hylectric machine with Polaris Control offers RPC Bramlage-Wiko reliable performance, high output and ease-of-use.
Further, as tiebar spacing is wider than on many conventional machines, it permits the use of large stack molds.
As with all hot runner systems from Husky, the high cavity stack hot runner systems can be serviced in the injection molding machine without disassembling or removing the molds.
RPC Bramlage-Wiko comprises seven of the 47 autonomous production sites operated worldwide by the RPC Group, Europe's leading manufacturer of rigid plastics packaging.
The group specializes in packaging for cosmetics and personal care, food and beverage, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, as well as the industrial and chemical markets.
It is unique in offering packaging solutions made by all three main conversion processes: blow molding, injection molding and thermoforming.
