A simple hand held accurate digital, resistance weld force testing instrument has a swivel front end to allow access to multiple spot welding heads. A robotics version is available too.

After a number of years manufacturing a simple hand held accurate digital, resistance weld testing instrument, Huntingdon Fusion Techniques Limited has launched two new products to the world's Automotive manufacturing market place.

An additional hand held Resistance Welder Electrode Force Gauge, has a swivel front end to allow access to all of the difficult places to reach in the use of complex automotive resistance welding heads A second model, is a Robot Force Gauge for installation in a robot cell.

The robot force gauge eliminates the need for operators to enter robot cells and thereby allows all robots to keep working full time and reduce robot down time.

All gauges are accurate and repeatable to within 0.1% of reading and have low cost spare parts and recalibration costs.
