Weld purge system caters for 1.5m
diameter pipe
The largest weld purge system yet delivered by Huntingdon Fusion Techniques measures 1.5m diameter - but the company says it can build systems up to 2.5m diameter.
Huntingdon Fusion Techniques has recently shipped its largest weld purge system ever made for use in the UK petrochemical industry Measuring 1.5m (60in) diameter the purge system had to be specially coated with Viton to resist degradation by the variety of chemical compounds likely to be encountered
Note that this is not the limit on size.
